Conference Registration Details

Please review the participation and cancellation policies

  • Certificate of Participation issued by the Organizing Committee.
Note: Participants registered as Listeners or Accompanying Persons are not permitted to present papers, either oral or poster.
  • Opportunity to present remotely from home or workplace.
  • Access to all conference presentations.
  • E-copy of the Abstract Book and Program.
  • E-Certificate of Participation.
  • Complimentary breakfast.
  • Free Wi-Fi.
  • Standard Check-In: 02:00 PM.
  • Check-Out: 12:00 PM.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretary.
  • Cancellations made 17 days before the conference start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future event.
  • Refunds will be processed during the second week after the conference concludes.
Important: No refunds are provided in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or similar circumstances. Fees may be transferred to future events.
